Focuses on improving the socio-economic development of tribal communities in Jharkhand through sustainable livelihood opportunities and improved agricultural practices. Key interventions include Brood Lac farming, water harvesting, irrigation and land development, dairy and backyard poultry, and promotion of sustainable agriculture through modern irrigation techniques. By strengthening SHGs, building community capacity, and developing essential infrastructure, enabling tribal households to increase income, improve food security, and create long-term sustainability in agriculture and employment opportunities.

Brood Lac Farming: 
Promotes socio-economic development of the ST population in the Nimdih village  under Seraikela-Kharswan district of Jharkhand, through brood lac cultivation with the goal of increasing income, fostering community groups, offering infrastructure support and capacity building and ensuring collectivization, backward-forward linkages, and long-term sustainability.
Water harvesting Irrigation & Land Development: Promotes the socio-economic development of ST communities in Jharkhand by enhancing income, strengthening community groups, fostering collectivization, and building backward-forward linkages through water harvesting, irrigation, and land development initiatives, supported by lift irrigation infrastructure, capacity building, and sustainability-focused interventions.
Dairy Development(Baharagora): Development of dairy farming for underserved communities in the 5 villages of Baharagora block in the Ghatshila sub-division of East Singhbhum district in Jharkhand aims to enhance livelihood opportunities, improve nutritional security, and strengthen the socio-economic resilience of marginalized households through sustainable dairy-based interventions.  
Backyard Poultry: Empowers lowland and landless ST communities of Jaragoda and Dhadhri villages in Ichagarh block of Seraikela-Kharsawan district, Jharkhand, by SHGs forming and promoting backyard poultry to create sustainable livelihoods, enhance household food security, reduce poverty, and provide dignified employment opportunities for unemployed tribal communities.
Irrigation and Sustainable Agriculture:. Empowers Scheduled Tribe communities of Kankda and Haitiruldih villages in Kukru block of Seraikela-Kharsawan district, Jharkhand, by promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities through agriculture, introducing efficient irrigation methods such as sprinkler, drip, and landscape systems to minimize water loss, ensure responsible resource utilization, enhance crop productivity, and build long-term resilience for farming families.
Homestead poultry: : Empowers lowland and landless ST communities of Badasegoi, Chotasegoi, Baruhatu, Jojojhatu, Sursi, Dalbhanga, Valan, and Padeya villages in Kuchai block of Seraikela-Kharsawan district, Jharkhand, by forming SHGs and promoting homestead poultry to create sustainable livelihoods, improve household food security, reduce poverty, and provide dignified employment opportunities for unemployed tribal communities.
