Projects

Solution empowers rural and tribal communities through skill-based training, vocational programs, and livelihood initiatives. Our projects include SESS, STEP, MAST, and NSDC-STAR, PTG, JJY, PMKSY, equip youth with employable skills, support tribal livelihoods, and promote sustainable agriculture and water conservation, fostering longterm development and resilience.

The Jharkhand Jal Chajan Yojna (JJY) in 10 villages of Noamundi block, Jharkhand is a holistic initiative focused on improving water conservation, strengthening natural resource management, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship and community development, the program aims to create lasting impacts on local ecosystems and livelihoods. Several Capacity-building and training is a key component of this project, fostering long-term sustainability and empowering communities to drive their own development. 

Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) 2.0 in two villages of Simdega district, Jharkhand is a flagship program focused on increasing irrigation coverage and optimizing water use efficiency in agricultural practices. A critical component of this initiative is capacity building, which focuses on equipping farmers with the knowledge and skills necessary to adopt advanced irrigation techniques and sustainable agricultural practices. This program is pivotal in fostering a resilient agricultural sector that can cope with climate variability and ensure food security.  

Training at a glance under the projects: 

• SESS: Skill training and job placements for rural BPL youths of Jharkhand in the service sector.

• STEP: Skill based raining to employ unemployed educated youths of Jharkhand in company-targeted areas.

• MAST: Market-aligned IT/ITES skill training to unemployed youth of Jharkhand with well-developed methodology of The American India Foundation. Target people and objective 

• NSDC: Solution, an authorized training partner of NSDC, is empaneled to implement the STAR scheme across Jharkhand, providing monetary awards for skill certification to boost employability and productivity youth by incentivizing them for skills training by authorized institution in diverse trades like GDA, DDEO, Security, GEM, and Jewellery. 

• PTG Vocational training: Livelihood training for Sabar tribes of Ghutia Village under Gharshila Sub divisionin, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand in piggery, goatery, and poultry.

  • JJY (Training):   

  •  Empowers local communities in resource and development activities.
  •  Training to the farmers on the latest agricultural techniques and practices. 
  •  Capacity building of local communities through involvement in the construction and maintenance of Amrit Sarovars.
PRADHAN MANTRI KRISHI SINCHAI YOJANA (PMKSY) 2.0 – CAPACITY BUILDING: Workshops and training including field demonstration equip farmers with modern irrigation technologies like drip and sprinkler systems, and other efficient water management technologies leading to sustainable agricultural practices, crop management, and productivity. 

• TRAINING PROGRAM FOR NEWLY ELECTED WARD MEMBERS UNDER PANCHAYATI RAJ

The Panchayati Raj system plays a pivotal role in grassroots governance and local development. Recognizing the importance of effective local leadership, a comprehensive training program was implemented for newly elected ward members of 9 blocks under the Seraikella-Kharswan District of Jharkhand. This initiative aims to empower these leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage local governance and drive community development.

Capacity building equips ward members with leadership and management skills, strengthens their understanding of roles and responsibilities as well as the functioning of the Panchayati Raj system fostering transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in local governance, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive sustainable development within the wards.
